Other uses include:
*Check for moisture
*Visually check the appearance of clear or dyed kerosene
(Amber, Yellow or Cloudy indicates poor quality kerosene)
*Siphon fuel from tank for storage
*To wet the wick for repeat burn-off and priming a new wick
These are brand new, but old stock. These are very hard to
find and are limited in quantity.
Once they are gone, they are gone.
PLEASE READ: These are a great item, but they are
very brittle and require gentle handling.
The little glass float inside the glass tube can break the first time you drop
the tester.
You can still use the tester for all other tests and priming wicks.
I used to use these many years ago and then couldn't find any more. I still use
the siphon when working on heaters.
I ran across several from an old dealer's inventory.
There is no factory warranty or returns. They will be fully inspected and in
perfect condition before
shipping.
If you receive a tester and it is broke, it happened during shipping and must be
reported immediately to the shipper for insurance replacement.
